Norman Rockwell Wall Calendar: Between 1916 and 1963, Norman Rockwell created a sunny, gentle, almost carefree version of America on some three hundred covers of The Saturday Evening Post. The kindly one-town nation he celebrated was internalized by The Posts readers, who saw Rockwells pictures and reacted with the words Thats us! Immensely popular in his own time and beyond, collected by some of the most famous names in American popular culture, Rockwell (18941978) long ago attained the status of an icon.
